How to ask for your data to be deleted

Rad answers messages on behalf of businesses. If you messaged a business that uses Rad (for example on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram), that business controls your data and Creative Monkey Studio processes it for them.

Contact the business you messaged and ask it to delete your data. It can delete your conversation and contact details.
Or write to us at through the Rad dashboard or your account manager. Include the name of the business, the channel you used (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram) and the phone number or account name you wrote from. Do not send medical details or documents.
We confirm the request with the business and delete or anonymise your contact details, messages and booking or order requests. We reply to confirm when it is done.

What is deleted anyway

Messages are deleted automatically 30 days after they are sent.
The text of messages flagged as medical or emergency is erased within 24 hours.
Order requests, including delivery addresses, are deleted after 30 days.

Businesses using Rad

A business can turn any channel off at any time, and Rad stops replying on it. To close your account and delete your workspace's Rad data, contact us at through the Rad dashboard or your account manager.

Coming soon: an automatic data-deletion request from Meta's own settings, which will return a confirmation code you can check.

إزاي تطلب مسح بياناتك

راد بيرد على الرسايل باسم الأنشطة التجارية. لو راسلت نشاط بيستخدم راد (مثلاً على واتساب أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام)، النشاط ده هو المتحكم في بياناتك، وCreative Monkey Studio بتعالجها لحسابه.

كلّم النشاط اللي راسلته واطلب منه يمسح بياناتك. يقدر يمسح المحادثة وبيانات التواصل.
أو اكتبلنا من خلال لوحة تحكم راد أو مدير حسابك. اكتب اسم النشاط، والقناة اللي استخدمتها (واتساب أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام)، ورقم التليفون أو اسم الحساب اللي بعتت منه. ماتبعتش أي تفاصيل طبية أو مستندات.
هنتأكد من الطلب مع النشاط، ونمسح أو نخفي هويتك من بيانات التواصل والرسايل وطلبات الحجز أو الأوردر، ونرد عليك نأكد لما يخلص.

اللي بيتمسح لوحده

الرسايل بتتمسح تلقائياً بعد 30 يوم.
نص الرسايل اللي فيها محتوى طبي أو طوارئ بيتمسح خلال 24 ساعة.
طلبات الأوردر وعناوين التوصيل بتتمسح بعد 30 يوم.

للأنشطة اللي بتستخدم راد

النشاط يقدر يقفل أي قناة في أي وقت، وراد بيبطّل يرد عليها. ولو عايز تقفل حسابك وتمسح بيانات راد الخاصة بيك، كلّمنا من خلال لوحة تحكم راد أو مدير حسابك.

قريباً: طلب مسح تلقائي من إعدادات ميتا نفسها، بيرجّعلك كود تأكيد تقدر تتابع بيه.
